Take the first step towards lasting change.
You may have read the books. You may have done the work. You may understand your patterns clearly. The question now is: how do you actually feel different? That's what we work on together.
In a safe, grounded space, we explore what is happening across your whole system: mind, body, nervous system, emotions, and subconscious patterns. The intention is more than understanding yourself more deeply. It’s to begin experiencing yourself differently.
What to expect
15 minutes · Free
A first conversation to understand what brings you here, answer your questions, and feel whether this is the right space for you.

An in-depth exploration of your history, current challenges, goals, and the patterns showing up in your nervous system, body, emotions, and relationships.

FAQs

The number and rhythm of sessions are defined together, based on your needs, goals, and what emerges through the work.
Some people come with a specific focus and work together over a few sessions. Others choose longer-term support to explore deeper patterns over time. After the initial assessment, we will define the most supportive way forward and adjust it as needed.

Both in-person and online sessions can be supportive and effective.
My practice is designed to be both rooted and flexible. I offer in-person sessions in Amsterdam when available, and online sessions for clients who live elsewhere, travel often, or prefer to do the work from their own space.
In-person sessions can allow for additional body-based or somatic elements when appropriate. Online sessions offer continuity, flexibility, and a focused space for therapeutic work across locations.

I recommend leaving some space after your session whenever possible. Even 15 to 30 minutes can help you integrate what came up, drink water, take a short walk, journal, or simply return to your day more gently.
Some sessions feel light and clarifying. Others may touch deeper emotional material. Giving yourself time afterwards supports the work.

Yes, I work with children and teenagers. The first session usually includes time with the parents or caregivers, time with the child or teenager, and time together to understand the situation as a whole.
My priority is to create trust, safety, and a respectful alliance with the child/teenager, while involving the parents in a way that supports the process.

I offer integrative trauma-informed support combining therapeutic conversation, nervous system regulation, body-based approaches, and subconscious work.
I am trained and certified as an integrative therapist and hypnotherapist. My work is complementary to medical and psychiatric care, and does not replace support from a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or emergency service when that is needed. I do not diagnose medical or psychiatric conditions or prescribe medication.
My practice is conducted under ongoing professional supervision and guided by clear ethical principles: consent, confidentiality, integrity, transparency, respect for your pace, and care for your safety and well-being.
If something falls outside my scope, I will always name it clearly and guide you towards the right kind of support.

My work is not appropriate as the main support in situations of acute crisis, active suicidality, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, unmanaged mania, severe dissociation, severe addiction, epilepsy, or complex psychiatric conditions requiring specialist care.
Certain techniques I use, including hypnotherapy, subconscious work, and deeper trauma processing, may not be suitable in these situations without medical or psychiatric supervision.
If any of this applies to you, please let me know before booking. I may recommend that you first contact a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or another qualified professional. When appropriate, and with your consent, I may also collaborate with your existing care team.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This allows me to hold the space with care and offer the time to someone else.

Sessions are not reimbursed by Dutch health insurance.
Some clients choose to fund their sessions privately, through a professional development or well-being budget at work, or through their business when the support is relevant to their work. If you would like to explore these routes, I recommend checking directly with your HR department, insurer, or accountant.
